will i need to get cosworth set up after fitting new fuel pump

As title says,i have a bosh 044 pump to put on my stage 3 saff. Not sure what pump is on it but it lookd old,the car was on rollers 2 year ago and was fueling ok so wen i put new pump on will i need to have it checked?

Shouldn't make any difference as the regulator should stop it making too much pressure. But get it checked anyway to be sure.

Check the fuel pressure, also have you re-wired the pump?

In theory who ever set the car up last should of checked the fuel pressure with and without vacum. If this was done then it should be set at 3b with vacum and 3.5 without. As long as you matched this back up it should perform as it did before.

From experience this is not always the case and like chip said really anytime you change any component on the engine that "could" effect the setup, it should be checked out.
