My car won't start!

Ignition is fine, and I very much doubt the battery is at fault, as I have been using the car a lot recently. When I keep turning the key to start the engine though, there's nothing. No clicks, no engine attempting to start, nothing. I would have thought it'd be a starter motor problem, but if there's any other possiblities, I'd like to know.

The car has done around 88,000 miles, and was absolutely fine the last time I used it, which was a couple of days ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check the little trigger wire on the starter would be my first check to make sure its got good contact

I feel like such an idiot, but I can't find where the starter motor is.

be easier to look at from underneath it will bolt into side of box will have one big main red wire going to it and a little trigger wire
