darn 3 dr won't start! relay fault?
 

Good evening!

just been out in the car trying to get it started :cry:

right ho, this is the story so far...

new battery. car has blackjaxx & concept 50.
alarm turns off and opens doors.
clifford led stops flashing.
blackjaxx is put into valet mode and led lights up to confirm.
key into ign, engine spins quickly but doesn't fire up. (yep has got fuel!)

dash lights (eg handbrake warning and battery light) DO NOT come on!

nor will the windows/heater or secs come on but all the lights inside and out work inc dash.

Hmmmm

i keep thinking its alarm related and have found 2 30 amp fuses that i tihnk are alarm ones. both ok. all fues in fuse box ok.

there is a relay with an ign flash on it, could this be fudged and cause it?

your ignition feed has gone,check black power relay in fusebox,and black/black and yellow wires on back of key barrel-regards PJ.

fault was traced to ign feed from blackjack to fusebox! the guy arrived at 10 and just left 5 mins ago! :eek:
