Mondeo front fogs not working

hello,the front fogs on my mk3 mondeo are not working fuses are ok and just replaced bulbs (for 25 euro!) and still no go any ideas

There is a relay and after that check the actual switch to see if it's sending power out tone wire it should be powering up.
