Which grade of oil for a CVH
 
1990 G reg Escort 1.6 carb fed CVH, anybody know what grade of oil is right for it? I seem to remember 10w/40 from memory, not 100% though.
And which brands would you recommend? Me Dad always used Mobil in his motors, but are mobil not just synthetic oil manufacturers, which im guessing probably wont do an old CVH any benefit?
