Default Help with wheel arches + oil cap

Got myself some nice 17" wolfrace alloys 4 my ka and they are 2 big hit the wheel archers ...what can i do ..maybe cut an inch off the arches? which i dont wana do coz i suck ...or maybe a suspension lift abit?..what ever is cheapist or doesnt cost money ..as money is tight any ideas any1..

another thing how the F**K do i get the oil cap off my ka i cant get it off at all and my oil is very low :/ it is the exact same cap as this engine below..

Do i pull the whole top cap off?..as i dont thinkn this yellow top cap is gana budge?..plz help oil is very low..
