bmw e46 removing exterior door handle

hi all,as above really,does anyone know how to remove an exterior door handle off a 330 ci bmw?

thanks for that,very helpfull,im prusuming the lock just pulls out before remove the handle?as it wont let me click on the highlighted bit in the pdf about removing lock cylinder?
