a LOT!!!
do a search on here as its been covered many times before.
concensus is that unless the shell is solid and modified to how you want and you want to do a decent power 2l conversion (forced induction) ten its not worth it. just sell the 1.6 and buy a 2l!

swap it for another 1.6.
have you even looked at a 1.8/2l zetec e engine? they are completely different engines to the zetec se's, exhaust and inlet are on the opposite sides for starters!
i'm not going to bother going into it as its been covered many times before, just do a search and have a read.

As said it's been covered on here many times before, the Zetec-SE which you currently have and the Zetec-E 1.8-2L are totally different engines with the only resemblance being the name.
To start with the inlet and exhaust manifolds are on opposing sides, the mounts are different, loom, ECU etc, these are just a few of many things. Not to mention you will need different suspension as the 2L is heavier.
The consensus is it's cheaper just to buy a 2L car outright, unless you have a 2L donor car parked next to it and are prepared to swap everything over.
As said just swap it for another SE.
