turbo & injector help??? please
 

hey guys got a zetec turbo and need help on what turbo and injectors to use any help would be brill :DD:

standard crank
standard rods
forged pistons
st170 headgasket
area six valve springs
polished and ported head
rover intake manifold
head has been machined to accept s2 exhaust mani
cts stage 1 box
cossy management

help please :)

Looks like a typical ~300hp spec, so a T34 and some ~400cc/min injectors should do. If you're sticking with the cossie management then some light blues will do the trick.

cheers mate i only really want a safe reliable 250bhp

so with the light blue injectors would i have to change my fuel rail? all will they fit straight on?

Light blues may not be the most cost-effective injector as they need a fitting kit and are "RS"... any low-impedence EV1 style injector that flows ~350cc/min @ 3 bar or more will do.. speak to your tuner though for advice!
