Fitted Koni's to S2, Need a definitive answer!!!
OK,
Fitted a set of Koni adjustables & 20mm lower & uprated springs to my Series2. The problem i have now is that the front sits to low & the rear to high. The front has dropped almost 50mm from standard & the rear is just about at the standard height. I have the springs the correct way round (Cant confuse them as they are diff diameters). What could possibly be the problem. All bushes have been replaced with poly's. I have run the car for aprox 200miles like this thinking that things may settle but still no good. Due to the front being so low the geometry is along way out (Massive Neg camber) which is most horrible to drive with. Any ideas much appreciated. Cheers in advance Regards Andy |
When you swapped the springs over did you see what difference the old and new were like off the car ??

I'm Not aware that the springs are progressive. How do i tell if they are? & if they are which way up are they suppose to go? Does it really make any difference with a progressive spring if they are mounted upside down?
They are mounted on the correct axles by the way! regards Andy |
