Throttle bodies on a zetec, lengths????

Hi, i'm putting a set of bike throttle bodies on my 2L zetec engine. I'm using the injector sandwich plate off the standard zetec inlet manifold.

I need to know the best length for the inlet tubes between the head and the T/B, I'm assuming the shorter it is the more BHP is possible to get but sacrificing torque

Are there any general rules of thumb for this type of set up?

Any help appreciated as I'm getting it welded asap, croft is only round the corner  :top:

No need for sarcasm though :?

Thought some one will know on here as its not zetec engine type specific is it?

I am not being sarcastic.
YES it is Engine specific as different engines have different ports, tract lengths etc which all affects it.
I merely pointed the man out who would have been likely to either know or have done it himself.
Why you find that sarcastic I have not got a clue, but then that's your problem I don't care.

The distance between the butterfly in the TB and the top of the valve is the important one.
