Default Tried In General So I will Now Try Here - YB Plumbing

OK first things first – we are not talking about a sierra or escort shell, the installation is in a Dax rush so will have a custom radiator and header tank and I wont have a heater matrix. The heater matrix connection will simply be looped.

Where would you connect the header tank to ? My options are :

1 : In series between the water pump (small) outlet and the head outlet next to the temp sender i.e. The header tank would have two connections and be in place of the heater matix.

2 : Connected to a t piece between the water pump (small) outlet and the head outlet next to the temp sender

3 : Connected into the water drain at the back of the block (the thing near the second breather).

Thanks for any input.

Cheers,

WD

If it has to be tapped into a low place then I guess feeding into the block drain would be good ?

It would also make my plumbing route easy …

Cheers,

So long as it gravity feeds(coolant) into system it will work.
