are mark 3 and mark 4 escort sunroof's the same?

mines fooked and need a replacement a.s.a.p

The sunroofs are different, however they can be modified to fit. I think the Mk4 frame is slightly longer. Typically the glass is a different colour with the Mk3 being bronze and the Mk4 green

I personally thought the sunroofs were all the same even in the Mk5's but i have never actually played with one myself.

And as said the tint will be different but not that its noticeable with the sunroof :top:

I've put S2 sunroofs in both my -85 cars for being in better shape. The rails must be used from the mk3 and the tilt mechanism and glass from mk4.

i put a mk5 sunroof in my car, just the glass bit and frame, got the same part no's as mk4's ! the Runners are different tho!!!
