dont envy folk going to classic ford as its meant to be silly hot today which means plenty of smells of coolant in the air and getting stuck getting into and out of the bottleneck known as santa pod

Hey, same here, still enjoyed it though.

What you said is the general consensus, it's being run by a different company this year.

The weather was crap until about mid-day and then it came out really nice for the rest of the afternoon.
I had my Saff on display , got there early and had no problem with traffic.
I thought it was a good show with lots of old school cars and plenty of strip action.
The only thing I found strange it was supposed to be for up to 1990 Fords but just 2 cars down from me was a 2015 Mustang which looked out of place.

yeah they did change the years yet again to pre 1995 so sick of them fucking about with the criteria I could not be arsed with them hence no pf stand this year, but as mentioned they are still letting modern cars in to classic car areas so I give up with them now totally as I have had it with kelsey

On my paperwork it said pre-1990 not 1995. If its called Classic Ford day surely 2015 cars dont count.

yes mate and I would back up the organisers 100% if they actually enforced it, but many clubs pay no attention to the rules, was even told yet again there was some non fords also on club stands, I have simply lost heart with this show

Try a 2016 Focus ST, couple of 2013-15 Fiesta models, new Focus RS to name a few. Saw an Audi on a stand as well.

Traffic wasn't too bad this year, but the other shows on mean it was never going to be.

I heard the announcement around 1pm that they only had 77 cars for the strip in total so opened it up to everyone. Normal RWYB for Classic Ford is normally over 150 cars according to the announcer.

if honest since kelsey took over from future the old shows are all taking a nose dive as regards quality and if their new international ford show they hosted same day as beaulieu is anything to go by the new ones are crap too, as busy as it is now ford fair is refered to as focus fest

The person being thrown out was caught stealing from one of the trade stands opposite East Kent Trims during Saturday night.

Shame about the person getting mugged though.

They gave £500 to the winning Clubstand mate. Are any of you Londoners doing the Ford only London to Brighton run ? That does look like fun bud

had zero interest in it especially as its not to the seafront and the rip off pricing too is a killer
