Sunday 6th May

Just a heads up for folk if wondering what to do on a bank holiday sunday !

Come to Beaulieu in your Ford and become part of the third 'Simply Ford' – a gathering of Fords of all shapes and sizes. Any model is welcome; from the Focus RS to the old MK 1 or 2 Escort RS or even a Model T!
Come and join the hundreds of vehicles on display. Also featuring a cavalcade and display on the Main Arena of 20 cars chosen from all rally entrants - one of these selected cars will be the winner of the People's Choice Award and Beaulieu trophy. The competition is open to all Ford owners taking part in the rally and will take place at approximately 2.30 on the day of the event.
Including early models to custom and modern classics as well as a number of trade stands selling Ford related parts and accessories.

The Ford Heritage Collection will be bringing a number of vehicles to Simply Ford, including;
  1. The Ford Supervan,
  2. Lotus Cortina,
  3. Escort Cosworth WRC

Vehicle Entry


http://beaulieu.co.uk/UserStorage/im...-ford-2012.jpgFeel free to turn up on the day. Admission to the event includes entry to the whole Beaulieu attraction including BOND IN MOTION.
Entry into the Beaulieu Parkland with your Ford is from 9.30am – Breakfast will be available from mobile catering units and the Brabazon Restaurant will be open for teas and coffees.
Please note that if you wish to park alongside your friends, or fellow club members, you must arrive together as there will be no designated areas available.
Camping is now available for all those arriving in a Ford marque vehicle and participating in the event. This area will be open on the night before and/or the night of the event. Limited facilities will be available (sorry no showers). Additional charges apply, see below for details.
You will be able to gain access to the camping area from:
  • Saturday 5th May between 3pm – 9pm (no access after 9pm)
  • Sunday 6th May – anytime after 5pm (after the show has finished)
  • Monday 7th May – the camping area should be vacated by 10am.

Adults £10 and children £5 - only valid if arriving in a Ford vehicle, if you buy in advance you will also receive a 10% discount voucher for the Beaulieu shop!

(+ £1 handling charge per order)
Camping must be booked in advance and is £7 per person per night (maximum two nights). Only available is arriving in a Ford marque vehicle and participating in the event.
All other visitors please come through Visitor Reception and the standard admission fee applies, find out more.

AFAIK, it just means you won't be able to park inside Beaulieu. We went last year in our Scenic and used the 'normies' public car park. :grin:

Was a really good day today. Large gathering of Fords of all ages, and the museum was up to it's normal high standard. Some top quality cars on display too.

this is ideal show if you have never done the museum before as its a lot to cram into one day
