Last year was wicked huni! 
Looking into seeing about a Stand although may prob just sort tickets out at the moment and perhaps over night accom like last year

if you want to drop us a line offlist we may be able to email you news directly about the event. we are hoping to get the go ahead for club camping and show areas for Redline totb4, amongst other things!

ps we can do a group buy on tickets in bulk orders of 50, to be sent to one mailing address, which quite a few clubs/groups took us up on last year. tickets via this route will be Ł12.50 plus P+p, otherwise normal advance price of Ł15 via www.totb.co.uk

we may now be able to offer a limited amount of camping to club/group members. will be strictly invite only, not a public pay on gate affair! we'd need a liason rep, and details of names/cars for all campers. its being run by The Organisation, on our behalf, they run JAE. Anyone breaking the site curfew at night (ie driving about, revving engines, donuts etc) will be evcited immediately, along with the rest of their club group, so we hope it will be self policing and of interest to genuine enthusiasts only. we will also have Security guards on site to help prevent any incidents or bad behaviour.
if you'd like to organise some passes, drop us a line.

I'll bare that in mind and I'm still yet to speak to the other bloke and also see what interest I can get with this and also get 50 people to come shouldn't be too hard though

Need 50 odd tickets to be sold, although I'm sure with you lot we can surely manage that!!
Works out as above stated of Ł12.50 per person,,,if not its Ł15.00!!
Plan is to drive up Saturday arvo,,,evening,,,,stay in a hotel or something near there and then turn up on the day
Tis quite far from down here!! So seems like a good idea!!

we are having a stand so who's up for it???
We will prob drive up on the Saturday afternoon, kip in a B&B nearby and then onto the show Sunday
I'm still sorting out who to make cheques etc payable too
so as soon as I know all will be posted on the 1st thread A Show NOT to be missed I think

emaild nikki earlier, unfortunately we cant have public camping on site for sat night now, a few issues around at the moment with elvington as they have been served with a noise abatement order by york council, and overnight camping on site has some potential impact on local residents, that wont be appreciated by them no doubt. we have therefore agreed to hold back from public camping on site for this year, however we will still be having club display areas for the clubs/groups taking part. if you would like to have a Ford area, then please by all means run a list and we will set aside a show area for you.
other local campsites and hotels have been put up on our website to help people get local accomodation, please have a look.
competitors and trade will be able to camp on site still, but general public camping has been put on hold as above
