Time Attack / Modified Live - Snetterton 12 Oct
Anyone interested in putting their car on a modified Ford stand - car has to be obviously of a suitably high standard (as we want to show the Jap boys what we can do)?
Will mean that you get to park in the infield area, can watch the Time Attack and Modified Live (www.modifiedlive.co.uk) all for a much cheaper rate than the £20 gate price (£12)?
Please let me know if interested . If we have sufficient interest (there are no limits to the number of cars), we can even group the car types in separate groups .
There is also a concourse event, which I am awaiting more details about, but trophies and prizes will be much better than those offered at Ford Fair .
1. Mike Rainbird - Escort Cosworth - 500bhp
2. Bullet - Escort Cosworth - 420bhp

Ark at mouth here!
Im doing the Oulton park track day 3 days before this and that is a tad further than I originally thought @ 230 miles each way.
Then Snetterton at 200 ish also, so the Bmw will be going..
Passionbmw stand would have more cars at this rate anyway
As for a GT30 and 430bhp now whos the pussy

Mike, what i witnessed was a t34 turbo that had covered 30k miles. 20k of them at 1.7 bar, 6k at 2.2 bar and 4k at 2.5 bar. according to some that life of the turbo is impossible to achieve. But saying that i tak eon board your advice and may ask Mark to turn the boost DOWN to 2.3/2.3 bar
