forgot to add that the support for the front seats has been seam welded today too.

where did you get the top mounts? wouldnt they make the handling a bit harsh on speed humps etc? mines got nowhere so far me mate didnt turn up saturday and it fkin rained again!!!

the top mounts and the rosejointed suspension parts i fancy having will probs be harsh on the road but it'll be worth it for the handling benefits

today started canny, woke up by the postman with these indicator mounting bolts
then went outside for a play with the welder
clagged on the drivers side inside sill
then the outer sill
the silver piece of metal you can see sticking out below the rear end of the sill is a repair patch i needed to make, it still needs trimming off and welding to the bottom of the sill.
and the rear inner arch
sills need a bit more welding to finish but i come indoors for a cuppa n some bait then couldnt be arsed to do any more

looking good red!!!! where did you get them top mounts from? ive asked beford but you didnt say? bet it was ebay! are you keeping it looking standard then?

who actually makes them then cos i'd like a set as the atandard top mounts are shite IMO i had a set of alloy tops on me mk1 escy and it handled loads better than with the shitey ford ones although it didnt cure its tail happiness (mite have bin my right foot though!) i'l have a look on fleabay and i'l bet i cant find any!!!
