bottom half of the inlet manifold has now been welded together
just need to grind out the injector spray path into the ports and have the face that mates with the cyl head milled flat again

just as i was hoping, weather has been lush today so ive been out making a bit of progress
patched up the hole in the drivers side of the bulkhead and also the inner wing
and also fitted the inner wing repair panel
looks much better with a bit of primer sprayed over the panels
also seam welded the drivers arch
started seam welding the passenger side arch but ran out of mig wire
and heres a front end shot just for the hell of it
i am rather impressed with how it looks at the moment, its starting to resemble a car again. what you lot think?

Carl160180, cheers for that, i have already got a pair thanks, genuine ford ones too
N1C4T3N, im not grinding down the welds along the seams, might do some of the others in the bay tho, but you wont see many of them anyway as they'll be covered with seam sealer and engine components etc.

Moondust_crust, its Zinc Primer from Halfords mate 9.99 a tin, allegedly it stops the welds n bare metal rusting underneath as it is impermeable to water unlike normal primer. yeah i cleaned off the surface rust first.
