New tank in
New cosworth tank in, pretty simple job only difference in the tanks are the outlet and return pipes are at the bottom for the purpose of an in line pump, Got a level sender off a mate it plugs into original wiring which is convenient,

Wel Moffett22,
car is finished since last July, I got it mapped by powermax its running 265bhp on super unleaded,, i can get as much as 400+bhp on a bigger turbo all the block work has been done but I'll not be changing it any time soon, I'll get few more photos up of the engine in,
cheers for the interest,

Yea it's a totally different car, big jump from 120 to 265 bhp, glad I took the time to do it, it is an expensive process though, engine forge rebuild, fabricating an inlet manifold, cossie injectors, electronic ignition and ecu, 16v rocker, cossie exhaust manifold, turbo, oil cooler, new radiator and fans, intercooler, cosworth fuel tank and Bosch 910 fuel pump, where are you based yourself? What sierra have you yourself?

I haven't had any problems whatsoever when I just had the standard 8v in it, the old fuel tank had the pump inside and it was desperate for it below half tank, but with the new tank and the pump lower than the tank it's well able to cope,

Ah it is andrew, it's a different car altogether, performance and sound are unreal,
At the minute I am polybushing the rear and cleaning up the underbody while iv all the subframe out, iv a solid rear diff mount to put in when I'm assembling also see what it's like iv heard good reports on them,
not a hope andrew on selling her I'd have an angry house if I did lol
