I'll have the engine in the very next day ..but won't be getting fired up until the manifolds and manangement are fitted and Stu at MSD starts it up for running in.

I'm trying my best mate ..got a house move on round about the time the engines ready so may have to take a bit of time out ..so want to get engine in and booked into places for the rest made and fitted.

Thought I'd have a quick hour in the garage and lift the engine up and out today since the snow was coming down ..once out I wrapped up and went for a pint.

Been and picked up a IB5 cable clutch front starter ..out of an S reg mk6 escort 1.4 hatchback ..hopefully tomorrow i can get some numbers off it and try and work out what ratios it has before I take it for blasting .

362/258 hybrid bearing for the IB5 has landed .the box has been dropped off for blasting I'm just in the middle of trying to find a KA 1.3 gear set and a mk5 escort diesel FD then I can order a Quaife or black line LSD and then I'll build the box up .
