Brilliant build.

hope you don't mind but you've inspired me too have a go at a very similar conversion myself for my track S1. Currently on MFI. I'm thinking Omex600 because it seems pretty straight forward to put together .

I've got a load of questions tbh but i don't want to bore you too much.. (yet)

i've got a set of Deka injectors like yours and an XR3i manifold / spacer plate, my injectors seem to be a snug fit in the fiesta fuel rail and sandwich plate already ( with the orings on) , do i actually need to drill the pockets out like you did or is there another reason why you did it.

Loving the photos, stand looks incredible. I need to get an exhaust sorted myself, is that one custom made ?
i want something stainless but pretty quiet, any ideas Matt?

the exhaust is a new mongoose that was chopped at the bulkhead and then a bespoke down pipe made from the turbo over the box to mongoose mate ..I like it has it quiet at idle and driving round town.

thanks for the comments mate .

Found out why the boost hose keeps coming off at only 9psi ..my brand new set of competition vibra technics mounts I bought 2 years ago and only just fitted for the build has ripped the front gearbox one in half.

Shit! We were just talking about that very possibility last week! Talked about using a vibra engine mount with in our case standard gear box mounts but our mechanic reckoned they would break ,
will you upgrade the lot Mat ?

Nah I'm not going too daft , been told 300 front 375 rear is around the sweet spot with these on S2.. bear in mind I'm clueless with suspension.

well here is the bad boy that was causing me issues . I've moved over and fitted land Rover V8 mounts at £7.50 delivered and have just had 400 miles of abuse deliberately trying to break them and they haven't and they feel loads better on the car than the vibra Technics ..MaRk at MK motorsport send me pics of my wrc style bladed ARB and is going to make me some TCaS like these to match . on sunday I took the car on a 200mile round trip round North wales with mi little foot soldier .. car never missed a beat in the last 400 miles . my coilovers should be here this week all so ,
