I think a clear acrylic rocker cover is needed in this case! It’s a shame to cover that up mate

I love the standard look in red as it makes the engine loom smaller and so innocent ..yet I love the PE cover ..maybe best of both worlds is the have the PE cover red ..lets do this

Yea I know a guy that could make me one no problems but unreality they go yellow and stained .

Yeah, bound to let you down at the wrong time. Maybe a window would be safer. We did talk about doing a supra diff cover design with a window at the rear so you could see the workings and oil level.

Well yesterday was a write off as the youngest lad came of his push bike ..so today I have to make up for it spent a couple of hours cleaning the bulk head and restoring the wiper mechanism etc ..then fitted my new small dealer plate just the right size to get as much air to the IC as possible .

Been upto ND today as im needing a bespoke charge carrier and the breather kit mock up ..mine will be same has this but mine will have fittings

Mat have you thought about zircoating your manifold ? May help with how close your charge carrier is and possible heat transfer

Yea I'm having it ceramic coated when my mate sets up his new business ..for now it's a bespoke charge carrier and wrapped .

Mixed emotion day ..started getting fittings fitted ready for making all the hoses up etc ..then decided to tackle the door catch that had previously been messed up by someone in its past ..and slipped with the drill ..proper gutted ..but atleast it's only paint and it's all going for repair once it's running .

ah i thought you would of done mate, are you not able wait for one to be delivered?

one thing i learned from summat similar years ago is to double tape the area and then stick a layer of duct tape over that, might seem a bit ott but it defo does the trick.

Few little bits arrived today ..fittings and braided hose for oil return on Turbo ..also the water banjos so I can make my water feed and return out of An6 ..and some new door card clips ..after my trip to Derby tomorrow ill make it all up and fit .
