Thanks for the comments. This is a great conversion, it ends up 324 dia disc and 4 pot brembo.
Cost :-
Bracket kit - £56 Note the offset spacer size is difference to 2wd cosworth
Calipers - £120 Second hand off a BMW e38, 740 I think?
RS Focus mk1 discs - £96
I haven't bought any pads or re conditions calipers yet so sorry no prices on these.
Hope this helps

Managed to start the roll cage this week, I started by removing the inner cross member, before and after shots below.

Sorry for the poor quality photo best I could do, hopefully you can see the roll cage, it's still just tacked together but I needed a starting point to move towards the front as I space framing some off the front. I have a plan which you will see as I go along, fingers crossed.

17 inch wheels and they only just clear , I think some offsets may even catch, they are big calipers to clear.

Hi, just a little update, I have been spending a lot off time with rollcage, seat, pedals and steering alignment. I have had to redesign the floor and tunnel to get the seat in, which had effect on the roll cage position, but I think I have a plan so full steam ahead ( till I change my mind again). I just put some photo of the roll cage to the top turret. Most off the front end of the car I have cut off, more photos to come.
