To be honest, yes, there is some progress to show, just didn't had time to host images and all that stuff.. This project has been stopped since my last post, only restarted last week :-D

The turbo as arrived, as were the wheels (slightly change in pcd, were 5x114,3 and now are 5x112)

well, the work continues on the estate..

Custom made brake lines



Reinforced clutch and flywheel to handle the huge increase in torque













Now, needs to be lowered

The estate project has been staled due to new house commitments, but it's ready to be finished now.

Fuel tank and hoses in place







Custom made exhaust manifold













Some parts been painted







A package from auto specialists have arrived with 100mm intercooler, 60mm radiator and fans

About the intercooler.. Usually they say "less is more".. But this time less would be not enough for sure 😁

So, happy new year everyone!

It's been a long long way since the start of this project, but it's very close to be finished.

Since the last post alot has changed (AC instaled, electric power steering, seats, large downpipe, engine loom, diesel radiator, pipping, heated windscreen, etc, etc, etc..)
