well, the work continues on the estate..
Custom made brake lines
Reinforced clutch and flywheel to handle the huge increase in torque
Now, needs to be lowered

The estate project has been staled due to new house commitments, but it's ready to be finished now.
Fuel tank and hoses in place
Custom made exhaust manifold
Some parts been painted
A package from auto specialists have arrived with 100mm intercooler, 60mm radiator and fans
to be continued..

So, happy new year everyone!
It's been a long long way since the start of this project, but it's very close to be finished.
Since the last post alot has changed (AC instaled, electric power steering, seats, large downpipe, engine loom, diesel radiator, pipping, heated windscreen, etc, etc, etc..)

Love it, love it, love it! Big fan of the pd engine. I bet this thing will be great fun to drive.
