Just fitted a lot of bits and bobs.

1. Remove diff, replace seals, refit with new bolt kit,new diff mount and some nice Fuchs oil.
2. Change engine oil(Fucks Pro S 10w50), oil filter, sump plug and washer.
3. Change gearbox oil with some Motul ATF.
4. Replace and bleed through brake fluid with Brembo dot 5.1 fluid and fit new Goodridge front brake hoses.
5. Fit new spark plugs 071c and new plug leads and move coil.
6. Adjust handbrake slightly.
7. Fit new clutch cable, nice job, ratchet and pawl snapped so had to order a new ratchet from Ford.
8. Fit new cap and rotor arm plus a new sensor kit.
9. Fit new fan loom, fuel pump loom and alternator to battery cable, great products, thanks to James Autodynamix for providing the parts.
10. Fit Kevlar diaphram for the dump valve.

That's about it for now.

Thanks. Lee.

A few minor updates.

Sold the Autronics as I decided I didn't want to go down that route.
I managed to source a very tidy airbox at reasonable money. Purchased a new K&N panel filter.

New pack of tow cover ties and another fuel pressure regualtor, that's 3 I have now..lol.

Got new Ford bonnet stay spacer and clip plus some fog cover screws.

More to follow.

Thanks. Lee.

As it was Rally Day yesterday, last week I decided to take the wheels off again clean and seal them up then clean up the arch guards, suspension and brakes as I haven't done this for 3 months, I thought it was time to give it another going over, not to bad this time around as when I did this originally it was grimy, nice again now for 5 mins.
Just 2 pics of front wheels and one front arch, just clean and tidy so I am happy....for now.

Looking into getting some new tyres soon as the previous owner fitted a set of wong pong things, not the sort of thing to fit to a Cosworth is it.I'm looking at Bridgestones or Toyo possibly, a very limited choices are available for the 205/50/15 range.
The underbonnet resto is on hold temporarily until the winter months as my painter has lots going on at the moment.

Thanks. Lee.

I thought my turbo was a t34 with a .48 ex housing. I have since checked the paperwork and it is a Turbo Technics T35 stage 3 hybrid, has 360 bearing and cut back blades with .55 ex housing, so that is a bonus.
Got a PF09 TPS coming back in the next few days.
Underbonnet resto will be starting in a round a months time, so a bit sooner than I thought and a bit of paintwork at the same time, this will be the winter project.

Thanks. Lee.

I'm keeping the original stereo in James, makes a big difference with decent speakers, I now have a full set of new speakers as replaced the fronts a few months ago.Don't get me wrong it's not a great sound by any means but a lot better with the new speakers for sure.

Thanks. Lee.

Out of curiosity how much did big red charge to do the calipers as I've a couple of sets sitting I wouldn't mind being refurbished

Oh certainly a bit ocd..lol.Thanks for your kind words.
Rear 4wd calipers Ł130 plus postage each way, so around Ł150 in total. You can have the normal zinc finish for less money, depends what finish you want. Will be getting the fronts done after xmas.

Thanks. Lee.
