I've finished it, chuffed with it but also sad it's finished 
Its not all sad times though, got a hellicopter to build next and a model perspex 4 pot engine and then this...

Yep that's the one I really like that being a truck fan but there normally well over 200 quid now. I also really like the Merc actros unit and trailer that's quite new out but again very expensive

I get tempted to doing a few of these, what's the best way? Any sites that sell the bigger ones a bit cheaper? eBay maybe? Do they ever go on sale etc.
I've got the big Ferrari and had a few others, love the Simpsons house but it's dead and it's a house.... Would prefer trucks, cars and jcbs etc

Once it's out of stock it's hard to get them for the going price
Lego sets hold their value but I once bought a set, think it was the yellow recovery truck, from Germany for Ł60 including postage when it was at least Ł93 here in the uk so look worldwide on eBay if you can
Current models are well worth getting and although you won't get a discount you won't be kicking yourself if you have to start paying more for them
They are now BIG business

his solution?
sell the red one for Ł400 and then buy the merc
his reasoning?
the guy who's buying it will be chuffed they've saved Ł25 and you are STILL Ł230 better off into the bargain
and then in a few years time, sell it on for a profit and repeat
