At long last I have started work on my rs2000. Witch is good really as I only had it like a year. So this weekend I started on it.

A pic of it in front of the barn where I found it. My dad went to buy the rsturbo and ended up buying the rs2000.



Now at home










So so far I have striped the interior out the car to weld the rotten battery tray. I didn't think to take any pics of that, but this weekend I striped out the old bent axle and replaced it with the one out of our escort cabbie.

Back in my motor now and back on all for. I have to put it on blokes of wood otherwise I can't get the jack under lol



Next job is to see why I can't get the car into any gears.

Cheers mate, yeah it is a cool car. I looked at the gear box today. As the car starts and you put it into gear but the car don't go any where?! So need to have another look. Problem is that when I opened the bonnet there was a bloody massive spider under there that was easy the size of a mobile phone. So I thought I could ither stay and work on the car or run away screaming like a little girl?! I bravely went for the second option. So that's about it for today lol

It sure is dude, it's in good nick too apart from a few scratches. I didn't know it when I bought it, but I was told buy a bloke on here what it was.
