Default sierra boa on megasquirt ms2 extra

Happy new year
Hi any one used a megasquirt ms2 on a boa engine,
I cant find any info on timing max advance or rpm related timing, or red line limit,
have it running quite well at the moment any info i would be grateful

I can't help you but I do know that they don't like being reved hard, stay at the factory limit which I think is 6250rpm

currently have it set to hard limit 6400 will now set soft cut to 6200, any idea where the max bhp is produced on standard set up

Not had one for years but im sure max bhp was always just under 6000rpm.


Great engine, had one in a MkV Cortina and a XR4i

Nice one still got the tina?
have a nice eaton m90 charger to apply as yet, also doing a st170 engine into a saph in my lads car, always something going on

The Cortina died of rust years ago, was a 2dr MkV in peppermint green. It had a 2.0 cossie turbo in it when it died of rust.


Was mag featured with the 24v, Classic Ford and Performance Ford.
