Had a pretty good day on the car today!! For once 
Got the problem with the rear brake brackets not fitting the carriers sorted, the good old power file came to the rescue, kept going bit by bit filing the carrier until they fitted..
And wallop
Fronts also fitted..
Wheels then fitted..
Look quite small under the fronts considering theyre 362mm!!
And finally.....
Back on the floor!!!!!!!
(note our newly installed, luxury garage floor) lol, and my mates savage s14 next to it!!
May try and squeeze a few hours on her tomoz

The bonnet is staying, im decided.
Have been down the unit again today, got the doors, wings and rear bumper all fitted, and gave the car a wipe over really pleased with progress this weekend, which makes a change
Still to get a front bumper, i have bought one and am picking that up in the next week or so!
Looking forward to getting her painted, i have xtreme restorations coming to my unit on thursday to price me up, (same guys that have done pfbens yb starlet) was a undecided whether to keep imperial blue, or go, grey, aubergine or moonstone blue. Think im gonna keep it imperial though
And a little pic of the engine in my best mates s14 for anyone interested..

Tbh mate, i didnt know they were different, thought they were just billet replacements! Oh well.

Havent done much this weekend, been at brooklands mercedes world with the wife as valentines treat!! Bit of s throwback though as i booked myself on the test track in a sls63 amg, drifts pretty well with 570bhp!! Lol.
Did manage to pick up another piece of bodywork puzzle though...
And couldnt resist a little mock up! doesnt wuite look right though, maybe its the grille :-/
Just front grille and drivers side sideskirt to go!
Also iv had this number plate since i was 18, i almost forgot about it tbh. After paying all the payments i missed on it (due to house move and not changing address) i now have it back in my possesion, its going on the focus
