Plans, tidy it up! strip and rebuild and powder coat everything at work lol

I never went out looking to buy a mk2 fiesta, I just landed on it as my friend was selling, for what I think was pretty cheap.

just a bit of dirt and grime from the rear window seal

bought these alleycats originals to go on

That's where I am at so far, not a great deal really, wrong time of year for a project, I have owned it for about 2 months though.

It's not running at the minute, does anyone have any info on Facet electric fuel pumps? There is no fuel coming from the tank at all, when ignition is on, you can hear the fuel pump clicking really loud and very fast, but no fuel, so think need to replace that

I am very much interested in photography so check my facebook page out at http://www.mikesmithmedia.co.uk If I attend any meets you guys do, I will have my camera around my neck and be more than willing to shoot your cars.

More grime removal

The very latest photo

First start after 2 years

Got Ashley exhaust to fit on, new fuel filters and fuel clamps

INSTAGRAM anyone? @ mike_smith_media

9) As above for other side

10) Nearside front headlamp aims to high

11) Battery insecure

Well, i eventually removed all the green fence paint with g3, so I G3'd the whole car

Next up was rear bumper removal, as you can see, tar, grime and other various contaminants

going to give behind the rear bumper a blast over with some degreaser etc, and clean all the bumper fixings etc etc

Then the rest of the car will need stage 2 polish and wax, will I will do tomorrow.

Then I think it be time for front bumper removal and painting of the lower valance

It's the little things that count

And some beading

Your probably wondering what your looking At in the first few photos, well I had taken wing mirrors and bumper off etc so I could clean behind the seals etc and get a few costs of wax behind there.

I touched up one of the holes where the wing mirror sits as paint had chipped off. Don't want a rusty hole now do we?

Ok it's a bit anal doing all this, but it will pay off in the long run. My pet hate is seeing a lovely cleaned shiney waxed up car to only get up close and see grime around trims and seals.

Black hole glaze and dodo juice supernatural.

Well thought I would tackle the engine bay a little today

And after.

Still needs a lot of work under there though
