Yes I spoke to mike about the exhaust and he told me that you advised a 3.5" exhaust, I will be get I custom 3.5" exhaust and hopefully get a little more power out of it!

Turbo is good for over 700hp and when it made over 660hp on a 3inch exh it supprised me.

Progress has been slow at the moment as I've just moved house but the car should be ready for paint next month, then its just a case of putting it back together

i wouldnt have personally chose a genuine 16i, but i can see why you have. there one of my all time favorite machines.......

and by the looks of it this is going to be absolutely nuts...... love the way its going. as for brakes i run tarox 6 pot calipers and a 295 disc and can get them under 15s but i run around half your power...... so unsure unless u can get some tasty ap setup.....

look forward to the updates

Lee you'll need a better intercooler as mentioned above, Spec R is the only way to go at those power levels

I will be struggling with brakes as the standard cosworth ones won't fit under the rs1600i wheels due to the offset and I don't want to fit spacers as the wheels just fit under the arches and no more, I might have to get custom calliper bracket and bells made so I can keep the rs1600i wheels.

That was my thinking the car should be about 1000kg so a lot lighter than a Sierra👍🏻
