Did a couple more hours on it today.
Screamer pipe
Thinking of getting another 90 bend and bringing the screamer out in front of wheel or out the front bumper to keep any heat away from the box.
Fuel pipes fitted with new fixings.

Ah found it at last.
Sorry itd been a while but we decided it wasnt going to make central day so i downed tools on the onion.
Then i had to pick up the welder and spend rather a few weekends welding up my poor old discovery but the old girls all sorted now
So now i am back on with the onion not sure when it will be finished as i am haveing a few issues getting it mapped.
Updates soon.

Went and did a little tonight.
I got the lambda boss welded in
Also we have been having trouble with the rear housing of the turbo to v band flange as we couldnt get an m8 bolt in m6 obviously too small. We was going to tap the exhaust housing to put studs on but the holes are to big so woul have to use m10 which would be to big.
So i have ended up using threaded bar to the lenght need put then welded the nuts in place on the back not the best but it works

Thanks for the compliments.
rsmark86 the spec was 2.1 zetec turbo, efi inlet, 750cc injectors, standard exhaust manifold with a T34 turbo 0.48 rear housing, standard head and cams but with double valve springs, pro alloy front mount cooler, it was on megasquirt management running only a base map at 18-20 psi, cts stage 2 quiffe gearbox, and R888 tyres.
Spec as you can see was very simple and had alot more to give had we have fully mapped it.
After that we changed the exhaust manifold to my previous over the gearbox one. put a grs cooler on and went back to ofab managenent with a plug and play chip and big beige injectors as had issues with the megasquirt.
At this set up went back to pod bbut had various issues and only did 3 runs as my clutch cable snapped but i did a 12.8 run again this would have been alot better but various probs stopped us running.
Hope this info helps.
