Tim,
Don't forget to fit swap the MK3 and MK4 engine mounts over, or the engine will sit completey wrong!
I found out when we fitted the engine into the MK4 with the MK3 mount the engine was miles too high lol

Also after taking off the doors over the weekend they certainly do weigh quite abit thinking plastic windows? Im quite undecided on it as imo it will change the car to a pure track car and will lose its appeal to be used on the road.

Tim
if you use the keep fit windows mechanism from a base model should be ok. the sliders rattle. but with that power you need some wieght?? and if your roofs mint id not carbon it. carbon roofs are for rusty ones lol.

Now a big problem was that the zetec turbo from FMS was running an american block which due to the way is strengthened created a problem for the rear mounted starter motor on the focus rs box. Many different solutions were thought of and in the end made up our own carrier for the starter has been tested works perfectly and clearances are perfect

And thats where it is for a number of weeks now. Can only speak highly of Pro and the guys over there. Was given a tour of the whole premises and ended up being there for hours going over design, ideas, measurements everything was very thorough and also some very impressive cars up there getting worked on. Couldnt be happier with them really.
