Flywheel was checked when the engine was built, was fine.....I did use some wet and dry to clean most of the 'blueing' that was left on it
I'm sure it won't be a problem, it was low miles before and I thought if I took it to a garage for a clutch, they'd just fit one anyway

Degreased the gearbox heatshield today but needs an overall polish and I can't be arsed
Put a couple more details on,
Hand brake cable picked up from Ford on Thursday, only needs disc and pads for the rear and the back end is complete

Wow mate thats is simply stunning! attention to detail is scary
Thats serious work went into that! Is there a database or a document you have with all the individual screws, bolts, nuts etc you have bought so you can go to the ford dealership and just ask for the parts by giving a serial number?? cheers

Try and keep away from Ford as much as you can as the prices of the stuff are just plain crazy
I've got the Ford microcat system on one of my computers at home so I can get all the FINIS numbers for the special bolts like the beam/diff/arms/Blue prop bolts etc.
Most of the other nuts/bolts/washer are standard sizes, so I bought bulk and had them zinc plated.
I remember the flanged bolts hard to find, the bolts for the arms and the long bolt through the diff M12x210mm
If your stuck with any let me know and tell you where I got them
