Done a bit more today. Took the doors off an did a little stich welding an put the bits i did in primer. Looking forward to RS combe tomo just wish the car was coming!

Done a bit more the bars are in for the bucket seats. Will be welding the cage mount plates an the boot flat floor tomo or next day. Getting a few nuts an bolts tomo aswel[IMG][/IMG]

Done a bit more got the nut an bolts i needed aswel cage ones, arb's, beam mount plates an the long 2, strut brace, disc to bells, calipers to hubs an few more. The boot flat floor is done to cage plates next an most things in primer. Pic of the bits i got in rs combe

Done a bit more started the cage mount plates going to finish them over next few days. Had a portable spray booth so using it as a garage for now as its got enough room to walk around an work etc. Got 2 of my gauges an holder so just need one more now.

hi guys been a few weeks, all the cage plates are in an the crumple zones by your feet are welded over. Well all the welding is done on the floor is done the sill, boot floor, cage plates, Jacking point as they were bad etc etc. Also done the back of the car in POR15 the paint is still wet in the pic

Thanks for the nice comments! The POR15 is done bar the rear drivers an front arches. I bare metaled it all before the POR15 ino you now what it looks like so wont put a pic up lol. im going away for 10days next tuesday so wont be nothin done for a bit. Had black boost pipes off here aswel. So when im back ill get all the rolling shell stuff done!

Been doing a bit more the beam, arms, shafts, cross member are painted an some new bolts. Fitted them aswel the diff is clean an ready to fit. New wheel bearings all fitted with the camber shims rear shocks. Its off the spit aswel photobucket is playing up so post some up tomo

Thanks. Ye its really good stuff I brushed it on but you couldn't tell it was really smooth. A lot of people recomend it if you type it in on YouTube its well known. I'd use it again though if its good for ships it good for cars!

Thanks ye coming along slowly! The paint on the underside of the shell is POR15 then 3m spray underseal. The beams an cradle etc is jus spray etch prima an gloss black 2pack paint I use a spray gun doing it all!

hi guys a little bit done as been busy with other things. had a few new bits aswel as im going for gt30 external wastegate an cant wait. new strut brace, 4x4 brake cylinder, sablasted few bits an painted them. had aerocatches to set for the bonnet an boot. An the pro alloy IC i had was faded an dirty so cleaned an painted an cleaned my exhaust to its like new!!

Bit more done today. Engine bay in primer so nearly ready for white paint. Also strut brace is as its gong satin black!

Thanks for the nice comments! done a bit more over last few days. sanded the primer an put sealer on an high build over it when dried. Flatted that then put frozen white on . Now can start putting stuff back on.
