Not the shell no, I've prepped the frks into primer for the bodyshop to colour and lacquer. I'm alright with rattle cans but I'd rather leave it to the professional
The Mondeo were sold ages ago. I do want another set as I want a summer/show look and a winter/track look as I like both just as much!

A few pics of what's been happening etc. I have a lot of new shiny things to fit when the shell is back, so much that I've lost half of my living room,spare bedroom and shed.
Rear arb to fit yet
Wheels are being refurbished too,they are in primer atm (this is the only one with a tyre on, has been removed now)
Got more aggressive cams, Ł50 too!
Triple R splitter has gone
Some new stopping power

I'll try get a few more uploaded this week, so much to do lol. Bodyshop has said I get the shell back the end of September, but he's taken the windscreen out, so another thing added to the list.
I'm hoping I can finish the engine off by then, still have to find a suitable clutch, buy a cambelt kit too and put it all back together

Cool! Well I would offer to help and give you a hand but unfortunately my mechanical skills are near on zero!!! Although I would love to learn.
Perhaps i'll have a butchers when its finished then and perhaps you may even take me for a spin??!!

Few more things been done lately
Caliper refurb
Bought a mk3 rst rear axle just for the arb lol
Refurb time
50/50
Krust then paint
Also done the radiator mounting frame, no before pic though.
Engine stripped down
De-greased and cleaned for painting
Random markings?
Gearbox had the same treatment too
Brand new lockset bought, mine had a different one for the ignition barrel but no key for the door locks, so if my fob failed I couldn't get in.
Got a mint puma carpet too, pic after I wet vax'd it
Also won these for Ł12 posted
Bwaaarp, temporary ecu until I can get a better one that can be mapped properly
Free gift from my brother
Need to upload pics of all the new bits that's waiting to be fitted but I might upload them when the get fitted to the car.

Well she's done and back home. Very happy with the bookshop's work TBH. He still has the rear bumper and wing mirror as we both weren't happy with the final product. The interior is gonna be fun to clean.
List of what the bodyshop did:
Both rear arches cut out and replaced
Rear slam panel pulled out (only minor)
Full respray
Engine bay painted
All plastics done gloss black
Welding in drivers side floor by vin number
Brake pipe holders welded back on
Welds in door shut underneath seal.
