Hey Adam,

Good thread, I really must get around to doing one for my car. Can you tell me what sizes and offsets your Image wheels are? I'm considering getting a set for my car but really want to be sure I get the right offset to clear the front calipers.

Thanks, Paul.

Garage is finished, should stop any more condensation forming in the winter as the old roof was tin.

Also if anyone has the 4 gromets for the rear of the headlining id love to buy them off you.

Another update.

Managed to fit most of the roof lining, still need the 4 gromets for the back. Also what do people use to stick the middle bit up just behind the sunroof?

Also done the reg plate lights and renewed the conectors but didnt get any photos of them before or after

As for the spray glue I got it from Halfords for Ł6ish, its in one of the photos in the red tin with Impact wrote on it.

If anyone does the roof lining leave about 2" to overlap on the back as I didnt leave enough the first time I done it, thats why I had to redo it.

Thanks for the top info there. At least the glue will stick to the foam part of the cloth and not seep through onto the cloth.

Well today was a bit of little panic as we went strawberry picking in the Sierra, but when we went to leave the clutch pedal was stuck up. But me being really clever and all that i realised the cable had melted with the turbo heat sheild being knackered so I started the car it re-melted and started working again haha

So its now sitting in the garage with the pedal stook again.

I also took delivery of some interior parts. Its really starting to come together now.

Anyone have any spare handles for the boot carpet or the screw for the jack cover in the boot?

Ok so ive got another week off work and I couldnt use my car as the turbo heat sheild was knackered so it melted the clutch cable.

I changed the cable and while looking for a new heat sheild ive bodged up the old one haha

This is how it started, I went over Halfords and there fibre glass was only good for 100 degrees soooo

Name: 20130802_163432_zps8d5b5d31.jpg
Views: 636

I chopped up a can of coke and cider to use that

Name: 20130802_163445_zps21a01889.jpg
Views: 648
Size: 361.6 KB

All bodged up

Name: 20130802_173246_zpsa61319e2.jpg
Views: 660
Size: 384.0 KB

I also tryed some foil on the inside

Seems to be working.....itll do till I find another or I might stump up Ł250ish for a copy 3door one.
