Default XR4Ti Brake Upgrade

Well I got tired of the single piston cast iron calipers and puny rotors on My 86 XR4Ti, so I decided to step up to some bigger 300mm front brakes and 2 piston aluminum calipers.... The rotors are aftermarket Focus SVT and the calipers are Ford Mustang PBR's. I bought an adapter kit and some braided lines also.

Before.....

The calipers....

After......

Made a HUGE difference in the braking. Now to work on finding a cheap solution for rear discs

Cool conversion

Any more info on the calipers ?

Might be a good caliper to use with the RS 7 spokes ?

when you say 2 pot i'm assuming you mean 2 pot as in the transits where both pots are on the inside to give the clearance and it's still a sliding caliper yes?
