Thanks guys
Quick update. Been on it 16 hours today and the fuel system is pretty much done now:
Wired in a quick release connector onto the tank for the lift pump power and level sender:
Fuel pressure reg mounted (need to finish the return line tomorrow)
Had a slight drama when tightening up the lift pump fittings as the -6 male fractured and came away from the pump body! It was a unit from the states so I knew replacement would take a while!
Quick phone call later and I'd secured a brand new touring car lift pump, so road trip to go and get it was on!

I'm being really lazy here by not reading though the whole thread , but what model EFR are you using?? I have an 8374 ready to go on my 2.37 evo engine. Awesome range of turbos!!

Yes! Was pure chance how I came by it!
Bit of an update - fuel system is now all plumbed in and wired, gear oil is in, power steering fluid is in, coolant is in, running in oil is in, we cranked for oil pressure and got a feed out at the turbo... Then we went to bleed the clutch.
The slave cylinder seemed to pop as soon as any line pressure was seen. Going to pull the box off today and have a look into why, I would be surprised if it has over stroked as there wasn't really enough pedal travel/resistance to suggest it could have.
Bit of a setback as everything was going really well!

New slave cylinder fitted this afternoon, so far, it's behaving!
Set the fuel pressure this afternoon and connected the AIM dash up - going to try and reschedule some dyno time for the end of the month.
Sadly i'm in the last stages of my degree so taking a fortnight off the car to get some serious last minute writing up done!

Few quick pictures from the trip down to the dyno at Tour De Force in Cambridge yesterday where I was working alongside Matt who supplied the ECU to get the first fire up. Unfortunately we found that one of the position sensors inside the drive by wire throttle body has an intermittent fault and kept putting the ECU into limp mode. As it's a safety feature, we had no choice but to call it a day and settle for it starting and idling at lambda 1.00
It's a setback but it's also been a huge step forward!
Also, a big thankyou to Paul from Impact Signs for the sticker work on the car

@ Will
Mega big respect to you fella, it's come a long way and looks epic. Hope you're happy with the result (after the niggly sensor fault) and that you use it in anger!

Not sure Shell!
Tempted to say Snetterton at the end of the season for a proper run out after testing!
