sierra sapphire 2000e cosworth rep *new pics* 11/03/12
Hey guys not new to the fourm so thought would intrdouce my self. I have a sierra sapphire 2000e in flint grey witch is nearly a full cosworth replica. Full 4x4 kit and wheels. Lowered on koni shocks and springs. Full raven leather. I was missing a few things so over past week I have purchased. Mint set of door cards, black leather armrest to replace my grey leather one, genuine brand new ford utilty tray to replace amp. Rs 4 spoke steering wheel. Have also fitted cosworth early dash. When I work out how to upload pics on my phone I will...

Thats been for sale for about 2/3 months, sold last week on ebay, Did you buy it then or are you the seller? Always thought it looked in decent nick and if the description was true, I'm sure its a nice motor. Do love flint grey, IMO opinion lose the 4x4 bonnet and get some ambers on. To find replacement door strips is gonna be very costly, thats if you want too. A new set sold 2 weeks ago on ebay, I never saw them finish but they were on over Ł400 lol.. Nice motor either way, I actually considered it for a winter run about....

Kingycos- yes tht is the car and yes won it on ebay last week picked it up saturday. Main reason I got it was how solid and clean the shell is no rust anywhere archs everwhere is mint. Just few bits to make it perfect doorcards etc. I like the bonnet so that will be staying. As for ambers I am thinking an getting a set for it. Door strips wise I am still 50/50 with these I think if a set come up for right money I shell buy them.

I would highly recommend the 24v treatment, you need decent suspension though to make the most of it, I've got avo gtz coilovers on mine, transforms the car, poly bushed front end also helps alot

Thnks guys took bloody ages to do that armrest not best pictures but looks really good. I have just fitted my black leather door cards instead of my standered 2000e ones looks so much better. Ran I just have a back box with 3" outward rolled....

I like that lots, does need a black dash and centre peice to finish it off Saw that on the bay too...... If its as clean as the seller made out then that was a good price imo. Just make sure you have plenty of security for it as Sierra's are still really nickable :'( Had loads over the years and have had one stolen in the last 2 years and 2 attempted thefts around a year ago.

That does actually look a good rep.
My only issue with it is you are making it a serious temptation for thieves who can't tell it's a rep, or even for those who can...
Good security is a must.

Personally I don't think you can tell it is a rep at all by looking round it even brakes etc.... And it has. The best alarm money can buy, and a modified disk lock fitted at all times

It came off ebay mate I was bit like well will try it and see what it like. But was well impressed with it. Was a littley tricky to fit but I just used tape to hold it in the inside of lid why I put the plastic inside back in... I can't find it on ebay but here is the one I brought so maybe you could message him http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280777569197
