Well started to tackle to bad wiring in the van and decided nothings worth saving as it's proppa fucked and tbh dont know how the previous owner was ever hoping to get it runing a 2K engine.
But then the rain started lol my pal is popping over soon to spend a day on it with me and think we'll get it all done and ready to turn the engine over tbh.
This still to be pulled out through the iner wing to the fuse box area.
This is what's come from the bay area already.
More soon, have a freind who's offered to do the side skirts for me as a favour as I did him a favour this week.
More less boring updates soon lol

Cheers lads, enjoying having a car to potter about with out on me drive tbh.
Makes a change from driving up to me lock up, that's why L2 takin so long tbh cause half the time can't be arsed to go out lol

another few hours spent on RS today has seen it 99% stripped, just tanks and fuel lines left to remove I think before scrap man has it.

Well I know it's budget but these came up and theyre me fave bit on a MK6 lol

Will run iner ports on them so no iner lenses and do my usual indicator mod.

Just picked these up off of a pal, in need of refurb eventualy but I like um, same as what I have on L2 but L2's are 18x8 and these are 17x7.5.

Didn't realise there was issues with um mate, i'll let you know but tbh think they should be OK as the Diamond cuts seem to fit well but I am yet to lower the back end on it. I'll keep you updated.

More Pikey action on the RS today lol nothing left on it now of any use I think.
Wanted fuel lined and pump from it though so whilst two mates popped over, Mick and Kieron we just lifted it up onto a pallet but at one point Mick let go without saying and nearly killed me
Kie's big ass lol
Speant a couple of hours on the vans engine side of things today, as having to change the engine from A/C PAS to NON A/C PAS.
Only trialed fitted front alloy on to check clearance but seems to be miles of room tbh.
Plodding on with it though lads.

Honestly? Richie, the wheel placed more force up against the pallet and actualy made us clear the pikey H&S rules of turning over a car, thus leaving us fearless of standing under it removing the fuel lines and pump
