Ive not updated in quite a while as im always on xrtwo.com so all the pics from there im gonna copy and paste them all onto here. Mid June up till now lot of pics but missed the boring ones out.
I drove the car to work like this today and fitted the kit afterwards.
The front bumper is in my shed ready for paint tomorrow and the rear one will be done this week aswell (white)
Very neat, undersealer.
here was the mot sheet back in June welding welding
Inner sill and the dodgey cut down the sill wtf Further down the inner sill is mint, it's just the bit you see here. I welder the inner, outer back up then welded the inner sill from underneath then the inner arch so all solid once again as i ended up using alot of metal and even put extra in there, might aswell so never has to be done again.
So i had a load of matt black vinyl wrap left so had a go on the bonnet (before leaving bad comment just remember its only a bloody sticker and of course comes off without an issue) peolpe really like it so far but im in two minds tbh.
And yes it needs a good wash
So ive got this week off work so just doing some theing to the fiesta ready for the trip to FordFair.
Started by welding in this flexi, ground back the welds and painted the whole lot black.
Today ill be taking the wrap off the bonnet and try to sort a small bit of surface rust that keeps appearing round n/s/r window at the bottom. wish i took the windows out when painting now.
Then by the weekend get some G3 polish and sort the paint a little
MMMMmmm here she is just a shame the pics were taken when sun had gone down. Definate improvement though Theres a reflection now.
The bonnet looks cool like this imo (not closed)
Bonnet wrap removed, cleaned, polished, re-fueled and ready to go!
Some prick at Ford Fair wtfwasnt me
Anyway thats the Fiesta from just 2-3 weeks ago, now i have a new car so the fiesta is taking a back seat from now on.
Here she is an absolute beautey, very lovely car to drive so sadly the fez is taking a back seat for now (no more money to be spent on the fez )
I just had to remove that splitter from the front bumper as it wouldn't go over bumps, inclines etc
Fully refurbed wheels with new tyres
First of all remove the badges. The exhaust was from Demon Tweeks in May and tbh its incredibley loud only one has the back box the rest is a straight through stainless.
Lovely leather Recaro soooo comftable. Momo steering wheel
Not everyones cup of tea (paint brush splash type thing) apart from that the engine is mint recent rebuild along with clutch, gear box and diff.
All in all a cool car to potter about in. Bought it 2 week ago
New build thread to be started tonight.

Please for the love of all that is holy do not change a single thing on that Sierra, that is a finished article imo, LEAVE IT ALONE
Fiestas looks better, 10x better without that wrap on the bonnet, only thing missing is an XR2 rear spoiler and a lot of laquer, looks flat as fuckk! Will admit you are getting better though and less 'Max Power'

I also see the first thing on the MOT failure sheet is the silly sunvisor vinyl causing obstruction also exhaust noise too!
Should have listened to the advice

Cheers. the fiesta looks just how i wanted, still sat in the garden looking pretty. Ive still got the spoiler for it but never got round to buying some tiger seal type stuff. The bonnet vents actually cracked about a week after painting and now the filler has cracked pretty much all the way round 1 of them only fine crack though

Cossie brakes up front on the fez so 13's wasnt an option if this wasnt an issue Star Mags or Capri pots are COOL imo
