Stuff ive done the propper way so far
Clutch
Exhaust
Front pads and disks
Tie bar bushes (Flowflex so not the cheap shit)
Still to come
13" Pepper Pots (as Fox wheels are going)
Rear Trailing arms (dont need doing but only Ł10 for each side)
50mm Lowering springs
Paintng various engine components such as rocker cover, Manifold and just a general tidy up to make it look nice.
Tackle the grey bit of the body work at the bottom of the car, where the crappy weld patches are.
XR2 seats as my old Mk6 Escort seats wont fit unless 2 new holes are drilled in floor pan so wont bother with them

Any other suggestions for work to be done will be welcome

pepperpots xr2 bumpers and spots lowered a tad and personally wouldnt put the kit on if the arches are mint

Ignore every single thing on that list until you've fixed the rust on the sills PROPERLY. Have it all cut out and replaced and then painted ASAP. That primer will be doing nothing but letting moisture through to eat the metal.

Then, pass your bloody driving test. What's the point in having a modified car you can't drive...

ye changed the clutch but phone was in for screen repair thats why theres no pics, wish there was though.

DONE PROPPER THIS TIME that my friend would be a mega understatment wht the f**k is with tht cherry bomb shit or what ever its called ive heard a exuast blowing sound better. Glad uve seen sence to get some peppers

nice to see your heading in the right direction this time!! also if your painting the engine dont use stupid bright colours!! slammed on pepperpots and a tidy up will do nicely

Engine bay colours will be just Royal Blue and try find some chrome caps or something, nothing over the top

You're obsessed with painting stuff Royal blue will look awful against the body colour of the car I think.

Black/red would suit it far far better.

oh yes of course didnt even think, got 2 tins of red gloss and a tin of gloss black anyway and got couple of days off work so parts should get painted and may tackle sills if its not raining and get rid of that primer like u said be4
Plus painting stuff just seals the deal and makes everything no matter what it is just look neat and tidy

LOL thats a video of Dan's fiesta, its running a knakered 950 with no rad when that vid was taken. it sounds awful!
another friend of mine with an 1100 with a cherry bomb got pulled and fined for having no back box.... the copper thought it was just missing.
just paint stuff black or silver. its not modified so dont try and make it look modified.

thats said, i painted my rocker cover blue and it looked ok, but i repainted/restored everything else with it.

I ve tried to ignore this 2nd time thread but l cant any longer my 1st posts where abit agressive but what l want to say is pretty much like everybody else please do away with the cherry bomb buy an xr2 exaust modifiy it to fit goin the right way with the pepper pots and fit a set of xr2 or ghia bumpers job done COOL FIESTA

Don't forget you need an adjustable pan-hard rod, if your going to lower it 50mm, to keep the rear beam centered.

Got round to doing a simple job of painting calipers and drums

A waste of time for the time being as the standard steel wheels are back on the car now as the fox alloys are up for sale, bin loads of calls about them but no 1 showing up yet. Need sum1 to buy them as there are loads of sets of the old pepper pots going cheap on ebay now

Cd player also installed up front now aswell, just need a length of wire to hook up 2 speakers neatly on parcel shelf. Job done. Dont av a subwoofer and amp anymore.
