I know that the standard tyre size for pepper pots is 185 60 13 but the tyres on that fiesta look stretched? Id like to stretch the tyres on my fiesta have you any idea what size tyres would be best for this? Thanks.

3 of the wheels only needed a quick clean and a lick of clear lacquer and they look pretty mint. Ive just fitted 2 brand new tyres £50 for them both what an absolute bargain. 195 45 15 and they DO NOT scrape at all even when thrashing it over some speed bumbs, its perfect.

Beast, well in my opinion it looks stunning, just need to paint 1 drum and 1 caliper in red to finish it off.
only av 2 fitted as im painting 1 wheel at the min and that needs a new tyre next week

NEEEEED some ghia wheel bolts, the ones with the spinning washer

at a modified car show a few weeks ago LED lights, neons, sports seats and belt pads every car had them and sunstrips, atleast its different and no one else has done it before like this, stands out for all the RIGHT reasons.

errrrm keeping the sun strip i like even if no 1 else does.
scooby seats are staying they are comfy and fully recline so are perfect to get to the rear seats.
and as for the cherry bomb that is staying forever, why buy an ashley system when it will just sound like everyone elses mk2
i may take off the xr2 kit for a week or so and see how it looks without the kit as the new wheels might look even better without the kit
and yes painting the drums, why not paint the the brakes every other top end car does.

It's like you have to make up for every decent modification you make by doing five shit ones

I actually like the new wheels, they look ok. But then you go and ruin it with that obscene fucking sun strip and want to paint the brakes red!

I guarantee, in about three years, you'll look back at this car and cringe at all the awful stuff you've done with it. Paint the brakes black, get the sills fixed and painted PROPERLY, get it all polished up with the black wheels on, ditch the stupid sunstrip and chav-crap-noisey-doing-nothing Cherrybomb and you'd have a half decent first car.

I've never understood sunstrips like that. Why do you need to put a big label on your car? Is it in case you forget what it is?

What other ford brakes just bolt straight on, thinking of mk1 mondeo caliper and carrier, disks and pads. Will these work ??

RS turbo and cosworth brakes cost a little to much so they are out of the question and xr2 brakes are hard to find on ebay.

Also getting some stainless braided lines soon

SO what brakes bolt straight onto my car just seen a pair of rs turbo calipers n carriers on ebay going for decent money so could get these for next week and some drilled n grooves disks to suit. ive got the 15" wheels on now so bigger brakes needed.

Back on track with my car now believe me, gonna buy all decent stuff and get it sorted out as these new rs7 wheels put the car to shame if im been honest.

be patient and get some xr2 brakes for it, or just change the pads and get the brakes working as good as they can and stop driving like an idiot, then you wont need to upgrade the brakes on your monster of a 1.0

i no it doesnt need bigger brakes i just like the idea of having optimum stopping power.

LED's are off now everything else is staying and going to take of the xr2 kit and have a good look at the arches and sort what ever needs sorting after work every night till its to a decent enough standard so i dont get slated anymore

NOOOOOOOO scooby seats are bril i really like them and so is the exhaust.

future plans instead of buying a differsnt car for speed i will eventually get some help and drop a zetec into it as insurance for othe cars costs £3200+ for any car up to 1.6 so ill have this car for a couple of years so will need the brakes sorting. Do rs turbo brakes fit ?????? please help if they do fit i could get them within a couple of weeks

The kit isnt too bad but the car isnt the right shade of red for it to look good, the lattice wheels looked better on it. The car isnt the worst ive seen.

as for the rs turbo brakes, go on xrtwo.com and ask on there, if not then keep looking around on ebay if someone has mk2 xr2 brakes or if there is one thats breaking for spares

or just sell it to mikeyrobbo for £300
