I thought you meant an actual Duratec turbo when I read the title, not a Focus RS Zetec engine! I was hoping to see a Duratec turbo conversion.

I then decided to Modify the coolent kit (the hose to the coolent pipe on top of the radiator now points down) This will now run across the bottom of the rad instead of the top near the mega hot manifold.

Got some alcons off ebay off a jag for a bargin price, 6 pot monoblock. Looked a bit worse for where when i got them.

Name: e1018d3b.jpg
Views: 586
Size: 81.9 KB

Then used nitromores to strip them (Not an easy job think it was concrete paint)
And removed all bleed screws and bridge pipes.

Name: 48bce9c6.jpg
Views: 576
Size: 90.4 KB

Then got an engineer to mill the face smooth and lose the IR. Cheers womble top job pal

Name: 2bdfb21c.jpg
Views: 571
Size: 68.4 KB

Then i masked both of them up (all pistons and mounting faces)
After 6 coats of Bright red VHT Engine enamel

Name: ea1fa2ce.jpg
Views: 580
Size: 78.2 KB
Name: 59fd57cb.jpg
Views: 532
Size: 88.3 KB

Got some custom size alcon stickers (off dmb graphics) very good service aswell
They then looked like this

Name: 5b585df9.jpg
Views: 566
Size: 47.4 KB

Very happy with them they just need a few coats of VHT gloss clear engine enamel which i will do tomorrow

With all new bleed nipples, dust covers, bridge pipes and pad retaining clips off ears motorsport it still works out loads cheaper for the two than buying just one new

Just waiting for a hub to be sent to martoonthe i should recive my ap discs and bells and brackets.
