Hello folks hows the form its been that long since i posted here its disapeared but ill start again
The car itself was brought out of england and registered in northern ireland in feb 1992 and was owned by what was then called Kennedy ford Now lindsay ford ltd
There is 84800 on the clock and im the 4th owner of the vechile which is radiant red ghia (2 litre dohc engine) 4x4

Thank you mate its good to be back was off line for a while due to working weird shifts
Thanks for all the positive comments folks The car itself i didnt wanna take apart as she was driving like a dream but it was a case of a stitch in time saves nine
After a long hard sit down and think about what was out there on the market engine ways or what the wallet allowed me to get (it always has the final say) i was toren between the following
The mother in laws 24v boa granada engine or
A dohc turbo tecnics system
But due to circumstances beyond my control ( the boa in south wales and me over here ) ive had to settle for second best

The to do list on all of this folks
Strip sandblast and respray the back beam
Spray the diff
Take the underseal off the floor to see how bad she is
Buy the RS overbumper kit (front and back) along with the skirts
Get the floor sandblasted to say good bye to any rust etc
Get the car sealed and any attention to detail she requires
Paint the floor the same colour as the car
Get a stinless steel exhaust system
Get a set of RS 7 spoke alloys (in good condition or refurbed)
Get the turbo manafold 5th injector etc for the engine

Ok folks getting back to the thread here got a little sidetracked there
The plans for this week is to start on the work with the motor she is parked up ready to go all guns blazing to get dug in
Also the week ahead i plan to obtain a lot of sore heads and possibly sleepless nites browsing the internet for parts via ebay and other sites and maybe support from u guys
Im willing to give anything a go check sites for as many new parts as i can so if any of u lot can point me in the rite direction with giving websites etc for parts
Ive obtained 2 front window rubbers so far brand new from ford so im keeping an eye out for new backs if they can be bought anywhere in the world
With a long hard debate with cossie 09 from the site i have been convinced to wave good bye to the chrome strips on the car

After a good days looking about the local brakers yard i fell in with a find that im hoping to spend a little time at by slightly modifying and personalising my engine
The find was an aluminium rocker cover which threw time i will modify to suite the engine
This is kinda how i want it to look
Going from this
to all being well this (but only a lot neater)
Wats ur opinion folks what way should i leave it?????
