Iv been playing this weekend and things are moving the right way now
This is why i have only bort 3 pistons
And iv all most finished reworking the head 4 new valves 16 new oil seals al the valves cleaned and laped back it a nice set of double valve spring are now in place and a BD14 will be all fitted tomorrow night with its cam trigger fitted to it
My mate REX came round tonight a plan has been put in place my crank will be going in to a place we now very well to be looked over and have wot ever needs doing to it done
And all so at the same time this is going with it to have a rebore to .5 over size
And in so happy i bort this kit as it made life so much easier doing the head work

Great update, bargain for the rotors
I know of a decent 200 block if you want to push more power and keep your mind at ease

thanks for that mate but this motor will only be running 380bhp tops as 4x4 gear boxes don't like much more than that . I would love a 200 block but I just cannot justify the out lay on one . Thanks again mate

Reason I say it is, I wouldn't run a 205 at .5 at that power. That's why I went 200 to safeguard all that work. Let me know in future though

Ok thanks for that mate . my 3rd is running a 205 block at that power with 7500 miles under it's belt and seems ok with it . Thanks again if the price of that block is good drop me a PM with a price and i will think about it in the new year

They look great Coley, fair play. You should design a little logo and engrave them on the bell if you were willing to sell things on the side
