its not modified mate...jenvey brought out a new manifold, its bigger inside and bigger at the head side and angled to give a better inlet angle to back of valves...its a direct line and a nice fit too.plus gives more clearance on FWD cars.

change of plan on a few things too . went for a helix in place of the techniclutch one i posted earlier. change of management to a dta exp48 as i am going to use the mbe on the autograsser.
.also have a new big bore exhaust manifold which is heat wrapped...we will see how it performs on the dyno as to if it stays on or not.

am on it mate...i spent a weekend doing melroses that i was gonna spend on mine.
gonna try n get it ready for knockhill on the 7th if all goes well. got 3 fookin projects on the go the now...not enough days in the week at the moment. the grasser will be fun st170 on jenveys,200+ (then cams n head with dta s60 for vvt control) 2 speed box ,locked diff, 400kgs should be nippy lol.

small change of plan again...this is now going on jenvey 42mm ITB's(using the 45 TB's on grasser) new inlet manifold too which in now port matched to head. bought another load of st170 engine bits so i can see a built st motor going in this next year at some point.
snows been a fookin nightmare so has seriously hampered progress, too fookin cold to be in the garage.

all fixed and sounding sweet as a nut. bit pissed off i'm not making knockhill this weekend but it was a bit of a rush this week and had a few issues. engine had been sitting a while and it wouldnt lift oil so ended up pissing about with that which meant i missed the dyno slot.
C&C exhausts in hillington ,glasgow done some mods to the exhaust for me and made a proper job,i'd recommend them to anyone.

well got it mapped today and it done ......203 bhp, which i am well happy with considering theres been no development done.....YET and its still a 1800.got some wiring to tidy up as i aint had time to do the loom yet and get it out on sunday at kames rs day.
anyway heres the dyno graph
still got a lot of little bits to do like fuel filler(bits never came),lap timer, oil cooler ,cold air intake but they can wait till after sunday. i fancy doing CROFT aswell now if everything goes ok.
