Sorry for the lack of updates as i have had a serious dose of the flu which knocked me out for a week ,bits have been progressing though in the way of gathering parts and panels ,also today i have done a deal for a saftey devices full cage which i will get wed so will update with pics very soon

Ok time for an update ,first of all big thanks to Beefy for sorting out the remaining panels that i needed for it these will be welded into place very soon
Also been gathering some other parts
st170 front brakes
complete rear disk conversion
Suspension kit (will go coilovers later on but this will get us going)
Bought some turbo rear arms as they have the roll bar bracket and a rear roll bar ,arms will all be powdercoated and came polybushed
Bought a saftey devices cage off a mate yesterday whose project has come to a halt ,it was a base one with no diagonal so a few years back he had the cross welded in ,i added a pair of harness bars to it and painted it up ,just need to drill the floor and bolt it in
Also in this pic you can see the carbon panel that replaces the wheel well

cheers dave, need to get my dash and steering column back in before i try this again as i forgot i wont get the dash in (i was hoping it went behind the dash .

Ok got some pictures for the stripped bay and the offending rot which is next to be delt with
Usual headlamp panels and lower crossmember to be changed
Also a little bit at the end of the chassis rail to deal with
Next update should see the welding in progress

Ok time for an update been in and out of the rain to get the welding done,just need to seam seal and fill over some of the welds and its all good ,pics
new crossmember in and old headlamp panel cut out
Lined up ready for welding
Cut the other side in lower down
If its dry tommorrow should get the seam sealer in and some filler over the welds also the front arches prepped and stonechipped
